BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
ASAP
We are looking for someone to join our small, friendly team. This role will involve working across departments; therefore, you will gain a really good understanding of the business as a whole. Being able to prioritise your tasks is essential, along with enjoying working with both clients and internal departments, in order to get the material built, live and then monitoring the performance is key. It’s a diverse role, which will suit you if you enjoy variety and keeping busy.
It will mainly be assisting within 3 departments.
Email Department:
Daily scheduling of email broadcasts - follow a schedule that is provided
Set up of HTML email creatives and ensuring links within creative are going to the correct website
Account Management of some new/existing clients. Daily liaison via emails & skype with some phone calls occasionally
Lead Generation/Exit Department:
Campaign Building – setting up the campaign, creative and API, then sending a test lead to the client/tracking
Managing client campaigns across all databases and countries, such as checking daily volumes and traffic for campaigns, inputting monthly stats for invoicing
Checking campaign performance daily, ensuring we are meeting targets, checking caps and contacting clients if required
Traffic Department:
Setting up new offers, discussing conversion rates, placing pixels, providing feedback, keeping in touch with suppliers
Responding to new supplier, getting due diligence forms completed
Data quarantine - checking data quality of new and existing sources, and checking caps
Prizes ending/ relaunching - completing mailshots and setting up as well as requesting designs for new prizes
Completing end of month stats and updating spreadsheets
Finding suppliers to run network campaigns
Skills & qualifications required:
Strong work ethic – so independently driven
Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise and manage your own time
Confident in communicating with clients via email and telephone when required
Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team to manage relationships and
opportunities
Flexible in terms of adapting to the role as it develops, and also as the company develops
Good standard of education, preferably supported by a minimum of 4 GCSE’s (grade C or
above) or equivalent
Ideally experienced in the office environment (at least 2 years)
Generally positive outlook

Working Hours:
Full Time (7.5 hours per day with 1 hour lunch) Monday to Friday, we operate
flexible working hours therefore the office opens at 8am and shuts at 6.30pm, with the core hours
being 10am to 4.30pm.
Initially office based, but once you can work independently there is potential for flexibility such as working from home a day a week.
Holiday:
24 days, then increasing to 25 days once been with the company a year, plus Bank Holidays on top = 32/33 days.
Salary: £20-£23k depending on experience
